The SANE, Inc. Board of Directors are excitedly planning the 2023 SANE Fashion Show, and we would like to extend you an exclusive invite to participate as a featured retailer in our fashion show event. This inaugural event is a fabulous night dedicated to fashion and fundraising! The evening includes a runway show showcasing the latest fall fashions. Additionally there will be an exciting silent auction full of luxurious items. THE BEST PART?!? — All of this fun benefits SANE, Inc.!
Fashion Show Details:
Date: Thursday, March 16, 2023
Time: Doors open at 6:00pm; Show starts at 7:00pm
Location: AKADEMIA Brewery
Target Audience:
- 150 attendees
- 95% of the 150 attendees are Athens women between the ages of 28-70.
- VIP tickets include access to a private cocktail reception, prime seating for the fashion show, and a VIP bag filled with gifts from our retailers and sponsors.

Featured Retailer Pre-Show Info:
SANE Liaison – Your store will have a single point of contact for all things show related. Your SANE Liaison will be your go-to person for all questions and they will ensure all timelines, and pertinent information is shared with you.

Models – We have identified local leaders as well as movers and shakers in Athens and are in the process of inviting them to participate as models. Once we have the models secured we will begin assigning them to stores. If you have a specific model you would like to nominate/request, please let your Liaison know. Look Categories – In order to keep the show’s energy up, we are showing looks in specific categories. These categories are as follows. Feel free to show looks in some or ALL categories.

Fittings & Model Pictures – We will have timelines for fittings and deadlines for final outfit submission with a snap-shot of the model in the look. This ensures we can design the show, create the program, and create signage by look to advertise your store.
Featured Retail Fashion Show Info:
Sponsorship: As a featured retailer, we ask that you serve as a Bronze Sponsor at a minimum. The number of looks your store is able to feature is based upon your desired sponsorship level. Day of Show: We are asking each retailer to bring your looks and a rolling rack to house your looks during the show. Your Liaison will supervise your clothing and accessories during the show and will help dress your model in their look. After the show, we ask that you remove your rolling rack and clothing from the backstage area. A detailed timeline of the day of the show will be provided at a later date.
